Our client was falsely accused of domestic violence against his ex-wife. To pile on, she filed a PPO against him. During the jury trial, it was clear, the ex-wife was making up the allegations so she could stop sending their daughter for his parenting time. The jury found our client not guilty. We challenged the PPO, and the complainant dismissed it on the day of the evidentiary hearing. The family law judge declined to suspend his parenting time.
