Our client was charged with Domestic violence against his child's mother and assault and battery against her friend related to an incident during a parenting time exchange. While these criminal charges were pending, the family law judge in the custody case ordered him to have supervised parenting time with his son. We fought the criminal case and took it to a jury trial, where the client was acquitted of all charges. We went back to custody court and continued litigating the custody case, where the client ended up with nearly equal parenting time.
