Our client was charged with aggravated assault for allegedly attacking her ex-boyfriend's girlfriend. The alleged victim had substantial injuries and over $8,000.00 in medical bills, but this was a case of self-defense where our client was simply defending herself. We fought the case and took it to trial, where the client was vindicated and found not guilty.
